This painting presents ascension not as resolution, but as a suspended threshold. A moment where movement has begun, yet remains uncertain. The figure hovers between weight and release. The wings open toward elevation, while the body still carries hesitation. Beneath him, the shadow persists, stretched and resistant, as if unwilling to follow.
Rather than depicting transcendence as a clear outcome, the work focuses on the psychological state that precedes it. Elevation as tension. Transformation as negotiation.
“Ascension” belongs to the Beyond series, where myth, symbolism, and contemporary figurative painting converge to explore inner thresholds and moments of irreversible shift.

Limited Edition Policy

All fine art prints offered in this store are produced as limited editions of 100 prints per size. Each print is created using museum-grade Giclée printing on Hahnemühle German Etching 310 gsm paper.

Each edition is carefully inspected and accompanied by a hand-signed Certificate of Authenticity, verifying the artwork details and its unique edition number. The certificate is sent separately by mail.

Edition numbers are assigned sequentially as orders are placed. Once an edition reaches its limit, it is permanently retired and will no longer be available.
