General Return Policy
Original Artworks
Each original painting is unique and created with care.
Before purchasing, I encourage you to be completely certain of your choice. I’m happy to provide extra photos, detail shots, or a short video upon request to help you make your decision.
Because originals are one of a kind, all sales are final once the artwork has been shipped.
If your painting arrives damaged in transit, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and include detailed photos of the damage.
All shipments are fully insured, and I will work with you to resolve any transit damage through the shipping insurer.
Prints
Prints are crafted to preserve the essence of each work as faithfully as possible.
If you are not completely happy with your print, you may return it for a refund or exchange under the following conditions:

The return request must be made within 30 days of purchase.

The print must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.

Only shipped prints are eligible for return. Prints purchased in person are non-returnable.
Once your request is approved, you will receive shipping instructions by email.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Use a carrier that provides tracking and insurance, as I cannot replace or refund packages lost during return shipment.
Refund Policy
To qualify for a refund:

The item must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

It must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
If the item you received is defective or damaged, please contact me as soon as possible with clear photos.
Once I receive and inspect your returned item, I’ll notify you by email and process the refund to your original payment method.
Refunds may take several business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Exchange Policy
You may request an exchange if your print arrives damaged.
Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Requests made after this period cannot be processed.
To be eligible for an exchange:

The item must be properly packaged and returned for inspection.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Use a tracked and insured shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
Once the returned item is received and confirmed, a replacement will be issued. Each order is eligible for one exchange per item.

You will receive confirmation and detailed instructions by email once your request has been reviewed.
